So maybe it wasn’t what you had in mind - no problem. You have until two weeks to exchange an item as long as it is unused and in original condition- just contact us via customerservice@just1morebag.com to verify your exchange and we’ll supply you with a return authorization number. Once we’ve given you a thumbs up, package up your item including ALL original packing and tags and mail it off. Please note *all shipping is at your expense*. We recommend you send your item with a tracking number because Just 1 More Bag is not responsible for lost exchanges. Once we’ve received the item we will happily apply your credit to the new item you have chosen and mail it off.  


RETURNS

It’s just not going to work - so let’s fix this. You have two weeks to return an item for full refund as long as it is unused and in original condition- just contact us via customerservice@just1morebag.com so we can issue you a return authorization number. Once you’ve got that, just package your item up with it’s original packing and tags intact and ship it back to us - at your expense. We recommend sending your return back with a tracking number because Just 1 More Bag is not responsible for any lost returns. Once we’ve received and approved it’s condition we will process a full refund within 5 business days. 


WARRANTY

Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty coverage or any concerns regarding your item.  

 

REPAIRS

We are strictly an online retailer and do not tend to repairs of any bags purchased through our website. We are not responsible for any repair or replacement charges regarding your item.
